3x6 Series: Tiny Box with Lid

Check out this SUPER cute, tiiiiny little lidded box! The lid is even reinforced so that the DSP doesn't get damaged as you lift the lid on and off. This box is very sweet and would make ideal party favours. Best of all? It only uses a piece of 3x6, meaning you can get eight out of a sheet of 12x12 DSP!

PROJECT DETAILS
- Final Dimensions: 1" 1/4 x 1" 1/4 x 7/8
- Cardstock: 3" x 6"
1. First, cut your piece of 3x6 in half, so that you have two pieces of paper which measure 3x3.
2. Next, trim off 1/16 of an inch on two of the sides of one of the pieces of 3x3, so that you end up with one piece of paper which measures 2" 15/16 x 2" 15/16. This is your base. The full piece of 3x3 is going to be your lid.
- Score LID (3x3 piece) at 3/8 and 7/8 on all four sides
- Score BASE (2" 15/16 x 2" 15/16 piece) at 7/8 on all four sides
